Ceramizer CM

Ceramizer CM is specially formulated for 4-stroke motorcycle and scooter engines. The formula protects the engine and gearbox simultaneously — ideal for motorcycles where engine and transmission share a common lubrication system (wet clutch systems). The ceramic-metallic particles in Ceramizer CM are calibrated to finer tolerances than car additives, matched to the tighter clearances of motorcycle and scooter engines. They penetrate deeper into friction surfaces and form a compact protective layer, particularly effective on camshafts, piston rings and cylinder surfaces. The protective layer forms during the first 1,500 km and remains effective for at least 30,000 km. The product is compatible with all 4-stroke oil standards (JASO MA, JASO MA2) and does not affect wet clutch performance.

Ceramizer CM works in three phases: During the first 500 km, the ceramic-metallic particles spread evenly through the oil, reaching all friction surfaces. Between 500 and 1,500 km, particles begin adhering to the most worn surfaces, filling roughness and micro-cavities. After 1,500 km, the ceramic-metallic protective layer is fully formed. The layer increases surface hardness up to 10× and significantly reduces the friction coefficient — resulting in noticeably smoother gear changes, reduced engine vibration and quieter operation.
