At Ceramizer Nederland you have the legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period. Below you can read how returns work.
14-day return period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via the contact form or by email at info@ceramizer.nl.
Conditions
The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (€5.50). Send the product to the address we confirm by email. Use a trackable shipping method.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive a refund within 14 days via the same payment method. Shipping costs of the original order are not refunded unless the entire order is returned.
Defective products
Did you receive a defective product? Contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
